All in natural stone, marble, granite, sandstone, travertine, limestone. We combined finest hand carving together with advanced CNC machine work. Our sculptures, carvings are 100% Hand Carved from Natural CHINAMFG Stone, Tiles, Countertops, Flat materials, we make them by our CNC machine.

5. What are the dimensions available?
Perfect Art & Craft Co., Ltd is highly customizable. We can carve at the dimensions preferred by you.
6. Do you custom make?
Yes, we carve stone out of your drawing & picture at nice craftsmanship.
7. Do you install?
We do not install directly. You can seek help from our distributors or other stone fabricators & contractors in your area.
8. Can I see the production process?
Yes. We will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. In the meantime, we warmly welcome your visiting to our factory. After you check the quality, then we ship it.
9. Do you have CD catalogue send to customers?
Yes. We have CD including all pictures of our products. If you are interested in our products, we are able to send you our CD catalogue for your selection.
10. Do you accept individual order? How will you deal with individual order?
Yes, we accept individual order.
11. What is the minimum quantity you require?
Our minimum order is 1 piece.
12. What is your warrant policy?
Perfect Art & Craft Co., Ltd warrants that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 10 days of delivery. Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing. Inside, we use cardboard box. In addition, we will buy “all risks” insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.
The good may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility.
We promise: no matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods is broken, we will try our best to send you a new 1 in shortest time freely.
13. What is the package?
The carved stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates. Each stone is well protected.
14. How about fumigation?
All wooden crates are fumigated before shipment. Certificate of Fumigation is provided CHINAMFG request for your Custom clearance procedures.
15. How many items can be loaded in a container?
Generally 1 container can load approximately 16-25MT depends on the items. The weight is estimated when you are quoted.
16. What is your lead time?
1) Normally 1 container order needs 35 days.
